Great hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find my lost barrette. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Clean and cozy environment.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that made my experience quite frustrating. The room was uncomfortably cold with a noisy air conditioner that seemed to be stuck at a low temperature, leaving me shivering throughout the night. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water boiler or even a cup in my room, which was such a letdown as I wanted to enjoy a warm drink to help settle in.
